Patti Riley-Brown, ASID

Patti Riley-Brown, ASID has been a professional interior designer in Austin for over 40 years.  She was president of the firm Riley Brown, Inc., which specialized in custom residential, college housing, banks, and health care.
 

The firm enjoyed an international practice with installations in England, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, 13 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.  It has been published widely in local and national publications and three hard-bound books on design.

Mrs. Brown is a graduate of the University of Texas Interior Design program, and was elected outstanding alumna of the Department of Human Ecology in 1992.  She has always been active in the American Society of Interior Designers, serving on the local, state, and national levels.  Mrs. Brown is a MEDALIST of the Society.  She was very influential in the process of obtaining licencesure for interior designers in Texas.  She was one of the first designers to register!  She has received many honors for her outstanding design work and her contributions to the profession.

In 2000, Mrs. Brown sold her practice and reorganized on a smaller scale to continue her practice as a sole proprietor under the firm name of Patti Riley-Brown, ASID and Associates, specializing in residential design with a high volume of remodeling and building projects, as per her extensive construction background.  The firm has enjoyed success in the fields of residential and smaller commercial projects in many areas of the United States.
